Welcome to Degan Elementary, proudly serving students in grades K-5 in Lewisville ISD. The campus opened for it's first class of students in 1973, and is part of the Lewisville High School feeder pattern. From the first step into pre-k to the final walk on the graduation stage, students and families feel supported, connected and at home in Lewisville ISD.
At Degan Elementary, we believe relationships are a priority and we will design learning experiences for our students while continuing to consider their social-emotional needs.

Joining extracurriculars like band, Academic Decathlon, and computer science allowed me to explore various interests and stand out in college applications. I've become more well-rounded and learned how to manage my time so that I could succeed in both academics and extracurriculars. The skills I developed while in those programs will help me continue to tread new ground in my future.
